FOUR STEPS TO MEMBERSHIP

STEP 1 |
Attend a regular meeting of the Club - See above for time and location. You are a club guest - so lunch is on us! Your sponsor will guide you through the membership process. At your first meeting, you will be asked to complete a Club Guest Information Sheet.

STEP 2 |
Attend a second regular meeting of the Club - again you are a club guest - so lunch is on us! Should you still have an interest of becoming a member after your second meeting, you should let your sponsor know. The Sponsor will complete a Membership Proposal Form, and you will provide a brief bio for your sponsor. This form and your bio will be presented to the Governing Board of the Club for consideration.

STEP 3 |
Provided the Board's vote is in the affirmative, you will be asked to sign a Membership Agreement Form and give permission to the club to publish your name and proposed classification to the membership for consideration. You will then be notified regarding your application for membership.

STEP 4 |
As soon as the review process is completed and all appropriate dues paid, approved new members will be inducted into the Rotary Club of Scotts Valley in a special induction ceremony. You will receive your membership badge, a Rotary pin, and other material pertinent to you becoming a new member. You also will be asked to join a committee and be assigned a mentor. |
